In order to ensure that the deliberations and the outcomes of an Open Space gathering can be shared with all participants - and with others who were not present - the leaders of each topic session are asked to to produce a report of their discussions.

Sometimes these reports are assembled into a complete set of proceedings before the end of the event; more frequently they are largely prepared during the event and then completed and published the next working day.
