The purpose of this Members-only part of The Business Improvement Network website is simply to create a place where managers can get useful and practical information to help them achieve the continual improvement often promised - but less often delivered - by the 'quality' and 'business excellence' movements.

It complements the main part of the site where information is maintained about subsidised Workshops and other cost-effective events.

All the information you find here is freely available for you to download, copy and use, provided that you respect the conditions and restrictions included with each item.

The information is all in PDF (Portable Document Format) so, to read it, you will need the Acrobat Reader - a piece of free software obtainable by clicking on the logo at top left.
