You may of course contact us on whatever subject you like, and by whatever means suits you. However, we have listed below a few subjects on which we particularly hope to hear from you ...

Requirements   We think that The Business Improvement Network's success to date is due mainly to its focus on dealing with the practical application of good practice that supports 'quality' and 'business excellence' thinking.

Maintaining that focus depends on your inputs about your requirements regarding continual improvement.

For example: what information would you like to see made available in the Members' free information section of this website? What issues and challenges are you facing that you would like to see addressed in future Workshops?

Contributions   We also need to know about the contributions that you or your colleagues could make to the Network.

Are there areas of particular skill, knowledge or experience concerning good practice that you would be willing to share with others? This could be in the form of an article for the Members' area or the offer to help organise a Workshop.

Workshops   We hope you will decide to participate in one or more of the popular Business Improvement Network Workshops.

Making a booking is a very informal affair (no forms or fuss). Just call or email to let us know which event would like to attend and we will take it from there.

Don't forget to leave at least a contact phone number (preferably give us your full details by registering).

Comment   Finally, we encourage comment and feedback on anything relevant to the subject of the management of improvement, and also on the concept of The Business Improvement Network itself (including this website, launched in August 1999).
