Description |
Are you seriously interested in investigating ways and means of maximising the value of your organisation's investments in approaches such as ISO 9000, Investors in People and the Excellence Model? Do you have strong opinions on the matter or burning questions that you'd like to discuss with others similarly engaged in the practicalities of implementing 'quality' or 'excellence'? Then this unique gathering - organised by the Thames Valley Group of the BQF (British Quality Foundation) - is a must for you! We will bring together a group of people from a variety of organisations united in seeking answers to the question ³how can we improve the return on our investment in quality and excellence?² All that is required of you is to have a serious interest in the topic, to turn up and to take part in the networking and sharing of ideas. The event will be run in Open Space format. There will be no presentations and you will work with other participants to set the agenda for the day. Other organisations taking part include BQF, Insitute of Quality Assurance, Chartered Management Institute, British Standards Institution, South East Excellence and The Business Improvement Network. If you have already experienced an Open Space gathering, you will know that great things will happen; if this is your first, prepare to be surprised at what we will achieve together! |
