CA have perhaps one of the most sophisticated and well thought out computer-based quality management systems. One measure of this is that the company has had several approaches from its customers to buy the system for their own use!

A natural host, then, for a session on the use of technology to improve communications about quality. Particularly when we learn that CA also conduct remote audits (with the auditor and 'auditees' in different countries) and plan to carry out audits via surveys.

The day will include brief presentations of a variety of approaches - from CA and others - as well as plenty of time to discuss the practicalities of such methods in your own situation.
