In the spirit of its title, we want to make this event special.

We'll have the normal full and frank sharing of information that you'd expect from any Business Improvement Network session. So there will be plenty to take away in terms of food for thought and practical hints and tips.

But we want, in addition, to finish the day with an exchange of ideas on how the organisations taking part can mutually support each other over time to make continual improvement a real way life.

So this will be a really dynamic event. The main part of the day will be run in Open Space format, meaning that there will be no speakers and you and the others taking part will literally set the agenda. The results of your discussions will be made up into a set of proceedings.

And we will wrap up with the intent of setting joint actions for our next steps of cooperation for improvement.
