This workshop will be delivered by PJ Stevens and BMW i Expert, Carl Sanderson who worked at BMW to bring the i Cars to the UK Market. We will use the game changing BMW story as a model for discussing, sharing and learning from each other, in order to help you improve your own business, processes and innovation. 

The day will include the BMW i Cars story from inception to sales – including fascinating insights into decisions, manufacture, carbon fibre production and bees - paying attention to innovation and improvement, and will include stories from Carl that you will not have heard before. 

This workshop is aimed at more senior business improvement managers, project leaders, directors and influencers from all business types who want to think more innovatively about business and share their thoughts, challenges and ideas with others.
