Business Improvement Coaching

What is the value of Business Coaching?

Business Coaching will help you to maximise potential that exists within you and your business by directly helping you improve business.

Sources (including the ICF Global Coaching Study conducted independently by PwC) suggest that the benefits of using a business coach can lead to improvements in ‘hard’ matters including Work Performance, Business Management, Time Management and Team Effectiveness whilst impacting positively on the important ‘soft’ issues of People, Confidence, Relationships, Communication and Customer Satisfaction, which leads to a demonstrable return on investment.

When it comes to improving your business, processes, service and performance, there is no doubt that coaching is a highly valuable resource available to you helping to generate learning and clarity.

Who can Business Coaching help?

Over the years that we have been in this business, my colleagues and I have coached a variety of individuals and teams including Olympic sports stars and Premier League footballers, but our main business is that of coaching business leaders, managers and influencers to see things more clearly, overcome challenges and improve business and performance.

Personally, I have worked with and coached people from Call Centres in Barclays to business leaders in Fintech, and petrochemical teams in Qatar to Charity Directors and Trustees.

Some clients want more than individual and team coaching to improve business. They want to create a performance coaching culture to help them to continuously and effectively have better coaching conversations that will enable them to challenge and support each other to live and deliver business improvement across the business.

If you would like to have a chat about how Business Coaching can help you and your people to improve business more effectively and sustainably, please do get in touch with us. Alternatively why not come on one of our business improvement events and get some coaching from one of the other participants.

"Just a short note to say how much I enjoyed the Improving the Internal Audit Process workshop yesterday. Judging by the comments made by some of the people that I spoke to you and your organisation are highly thought of"
